Processing
Orders are packed and handed to our carrier within 1–2 business days. Weekends and holidays may add a day. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Delivery times (after shipping)
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–17 business days
Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Customs & duties
International orders may be charged duties or import fees by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Address errors
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because of a wrong address or a refused delivery, reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking hasn’t updated in a while, or it says delivered but you can’t find it, email support@zerodvsn.com and we’ll sort it out.
